 Best known for his role as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board under U.S. Presidents Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, Mr. Volcker's Fed is credited with guiding the U.S. economy during one of the most turbulent periods in U.S. monetary history, helping to lower double-digit inflation rates, and ushering in an era of financial deregulation and innovation.
Educated at Princeton, Harvard, and the London School of Economics, Mr. Volcker divided the earlier stages of his career between Chase Manhattan Bank, the New York Federal Reserve Bank, and the U.S. Treasury Department. He is chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International Accounting Standards Board, overseeing a renewed effort to develop consistent, high-quality accounting standards acceptable in all countries. |

 The Honorable William B. Chandler III serves as Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, widely recognized as the nation's preeminent forum for the determination of disputes involving the internal affairs of the thousands of Delaware corporations through which a vast amount of the world's commercial affairs is conducted. Chandler was elevated to the role of Chancellor in 1997, having served as Vice Chancellor since 1989.
Prior to his appointment to the Court of Chancery, Chancellor Chandler served as Resident Judge of the Delaware Superior Court from 1985 to 1989, as Legal Counsel to former Governor Pete duPont, and as an associate with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell. He received his law degrees from the University of South Carolina School of Law and the Yale Law School, and his undergraduate degree is from the University of Delaware. He is presently a member of the American Law Institute and the Delaware Bar Association. |

 Bill Donaldson was the 27th Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, serving from February 2003 until June 2005. Mr. Donaldson assumed the helm of the SEC on the heels of several high-profile corporate scandals that left investor confidence shaken. Under his leadership, the SEC has focused on restoring investor confidence through targeted policy reforms, including an enhanced focus on corporate governance and ethics, internal management reforms aimed at increasing the agency's ability to anticipate challenges in the securities and financial markets, and improved disclosure of financial information to better prepare investors to make sound investment decisions appropriate for themselves and their families.
Mr. Donaldson is a Marine Corps Veteran, and a graduate of Yale University and Harvard University School of Business. He served as Chairman and CEO of the investment banking firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, which he co-founded; Chairman and CEO of the New York Stock Exchange; Chairman, President and CEO of Aetna; and Chairman and CEO of Donaldson Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Donaldson co-founded the Yale University School of Management, serving as the graduate school's first dean and professor of management studies. |
